Rather than separating education, culture and production, Reearthed connects them, allowing a story sparked in a workshop to become a book, a film, a young person’s first commission, a product, a learning pathway, or a long-term partnership.
Yuniya CIC
Storytelling led learning experiences across schools, communities and cultural spaces. The learning and educational anchor of the ecosystem, rooted in participation, environmental learning, systems thinking and future pathways.
Karatasi Collective
Handmade paper, storybooks, notebooks, artefacts and sustainable products rooted in storytelling, natural fibres, waste materials and cultural memory. Learning becomes physical form through making, publishing and cultural production.
Karatasi Studio
Sound, visual media and digital story worlds where stories continue through film, sound, digital learning and shared cultural experience. Stories are revisited, documented and expanded over time.

Storytelling, participation and lived experience informing policy and practice.
We work with councils, local authorities and partners interested in placing lived experience, community voice and environmental participation at the centre of learning, wellbeing and systems change. Through storytelling, participatory practice and reflective learning, we explore how communities experience place, environment, wellbeing and belonging.

Tree Tales
From storytelling and environmental learning to contribution, cultural production and future pathways.
Tree Tales is Yuniya’s first volunteer-led learning programme, developed with volunteers and initially supported by Grow Wild, the national outreach programme of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
What began as storytelling and environmental learning now continues through books, story-led products, digital storytelling, sound, visual media, volunteering and community learning experiences.
Tree Tales reflects how participation can move into contribution, confidence, cultural production and future opportunities.

What we love about Reearthed is that through the experience, we carry the story for months into their writing, gardens and conversations.
Karatasi’s storytelling installation transformed our reception space. Visitors arrive, pause and begin conversations with one another.
I came in as a volunteer for Tree Tales. Two years later, I am illustrating a published book and running my own sessions.
